the platform
One login. One record.
A suite that behaves like one product. Subscribe to what you need, switch each one on per person, and let them all write to the same customer record.
The shared record
Everything lands on the lead.
This is the whole reason a suite beats a drawer full of separate tools. A call, a thread and a WhatsApp conversation are the same customer, so they belong on the same record.

Access
People see the products they use.
Every product, and every page inside it, is switched on per person. Your salespeople never see payroll, and your HR lead never sees the deal pipeline.
- Per person, not per company. One subscription does not open everything to everyone.
- Enforced on the route, not hidden in the interface. Typing a URL gets nobody in.
- Roles you define, with department and reporting structure behind them.
How it goes
Four rungs, in order.
Most teams stop at the second and are happy there. The other two exist for when standard stops being enough.
Subscribe
Pick the products you need. Standard surface, standard price, running the same week.
Configure
Assignment rules, templates, work patterns and quotas, set against your own data.
Build
Open Studio and build an agent on your records. It proposes, your team approves.
Commission
For the parts that cannot be standardised, we build the agent with you.
The products
Subscribe to what you need.
Each product stands alone and joins the shared record the day you add it. Anything in beta is labelled.
Questions
How the suite fits together.
A growing set of products behind one login. Each is subscribable on its own, and each is switched on per person, so your team only sees what they use.
A call in Phone, a thread in Email and a conversation in WhatsApp all attach to the same lead in Data. Nobody re-enters a contact, and nobody rebuilds context by hand.
That is the normal path. Adding a second product is a switch, not a migration, because it reads the record that is already there.
Role-based, and enforced on the route rather than hidden in the interface. Someone without HR access cannot reach an HR page by typing the URL.
Bring this one to the demo. Data residency depends on your requirements and we would rather give you a specific answer than a reassuring one.
See the suite on your own data.
Thirty minutes, your records, no slides.
