In detail

What Intelligence does.

Capabilities that exist today, with the gaps stated further down.

Dashboards

The week, at a glance.

Because every product writes to the same record, the charts arrive already populated: responses by status, leads by country and city, campaigns against what they brought in. Nobody defines a schema before seeing their first number.

  • Response, country, city, people and campaign charts
  • Campaign analytics alongside delivery data
  • Filtered reports with export

Ask

The answer brings receipts.

Ask which campaign brought the leads that actually closed. The answer streams back with citations pointing at the leads and deals it counted, so you can click through and check it before you repeat it in a meeting. An answer you cannot verify is a rumour with a chart.

  • Plain-language questions over your own records
  • Citations back to the source records
  • History, so a question can be asked again next month
you asked

Which campaign brought the leads that actually closed?

March Open House. Nine of the fourteen deals closed this quarter trace back to it, seven of them through WhatsApp replies.

Leaderboard

Rank, and who is moving.

Revenue tiers with rank movement between periods. The monthly report becomes something the team checks on their own, because the interesting part is not the number, it is who moved.

Not yet

What is missing.

Intelligence is in beta. These are the parts that are not built, listed here rather than discovered in a demo.

  • A custom report builder. Reports are filtered and exported, not composed from scratch.
  • Forecasting. It tells you what happened, not what will.
  • A dedicated BI surface separate from the product dashboards.

Better together

Intelligence works with the rest.

Everything writes to the same customer record, so adding a second product does not mean a second migration.

Questions

Intelligence, specifically.

The dashboards, reports and cited answers all work today. The report builder and forecasting do not exist yet, and calling the product finished would be a lie your first demo would expose.
