Vague

Vague Phone

Calls that log themselves.

A softphone in the browser with a Power Dialer that detects voicemails, drops your message, and files every call on the lead.

Your team lives on the phone and the CRM never hears about it. Phone closes that gap: dial from the lead, and the call, the recording and the outcome file themselves.

  • Dial any lead from the row you are reading
  • Power Dialer detects the machine and dials the next human
  • One-tap Voicemail Drop, so you never say it twice
  • Every call and recording filed on the lead

In detail

What Phone does.

Capabilities that exist today.

The softphone

Answer in the browser. Keep working.

A call comes in while you are halfway through updating a deal. In most setups you switch apps, lose your place, and type up the call from memory afterwards. Here the dialer floats over whatever page you are on. You answer, hold, or warm-transfer without leaving the record, and when you hang up the call is already logged on the lead.

  • Mute, hold, keypad and warm transfer in the widget
  • Click any lead's number to dial it
  • Pick which of your numbers the call shows from
  • The call survives navigation, every page, every tab

Power Dialer

You only talk to humans.

Fifty calls on today's list means fifty chances to sit through voicemail greetings. Load the list into the Power Dialer instead. It dials, you talk, it logs, it dials the next one. When a machine picks up, it detects the voicemail, drops your pre-recorded message, and moves on without waiting for the beep.

  • Manual mode when you want control, auto when you want pace
  • Answering-machine detection with auto-advance
  • A wrap-up timer between calls, for example 30 seconds to finish notes
  • Skip or reorder anyone in the queue mid-session

Recordings

The argument, settled.

Who quoted which price, on which call, three weeks ago. Normally that question costs a meeting and two apologies. Every call here attaches to its lead with the recording alongside, filterable by agent and date, so the answer is a search instead of a dispute.

  • Recordings stored against the call, on the lead
  • Filter by agent or date range
  • A number inventory, with one primary number per agent
  • One-tap Voicemail Drop, recorded once, delivered every time

Better together

Phone works with the rest.

Everything writes to the same customer record, so adding a second product does not mean a second migration.

Questions

Phone, specifically.

No. It is a browser softphone built on SIP. A laptop and a headset are the whole installation.
