Vague HR
The paperwork that files itself.
Clock-ins with a location pin, leave requests that arrive carrying the balance, onboarding with a visible finish line.
Attendance, leave and onboarding for teams currently running all three out of a group chat and a spreadsheet.

In detail
What HR does.
Capabilities that exist today.
Attendance
Present, and provably where.
When the team works on site, attendance is a chat message that says here. Here they clock in from their phones and each clock-in pins to the map. The month assembles itself into a matrix, on time, late, absent, on leave, that used to take someone an afternoon to build by hand.
- Geolocated clock in and out, confirmed on the map
- A monthly matrix and roster views
- Regularisation requests with an approval inbox
- Work patterns, holidays and per-person overrides

Leave
The balance answers first.
A leave request usually starts an investigation: how many days do they have left, who else is off that week, what did we agree last year. Here the request arrives already carrying the balance and the quota, so approving is a decision rather than a research project.
- Applications arrive with live balances attached
- Quotas with per-person overrides
- An approval queue for managers
- Year seeding, so a new cycle is not a migration

Joining and leaving
Day one, already arranged.
New joiners find out what is missing by hitting it: no laptop, no email, no desk. An onboarding checklist with owners and per-step progress makes the gaps visible before day one, and offboarding gets the same treatment, so nothing walks out the door unnoticed.

Better together
HR works with the rest.
Everything writes to the same customer record, so adding a second product does not mean a second migration.

Questions
HR, specifically.
No. It exports the day counts payroll needs. Salary calculation and payment stay wherever they are today.
Location is captured and confirmed on a map, so you can see where a clock-in happened. Whether you allow remote clock-in is your policy.
HR is a product in its own right. A company can subscribe to it without using the CRM side at all.
The attendance, leave and onboarding surfaces are built and in use. It is a younger product than Data or WhatsApp, and we would rather you saw it in a demo than took a claim on trust.
